How to reset your Ansys Lumerical password

If you are having issues with your Ansys account or you forgot your password. Try to reset your password as outlined in this article. 

• Click on "Forgot your password?".
• "Sign in" to your Ansys account to reset your password.

• Enter your email address and click on "Forgot your password?".
• "Send verification code" to your phone number or email address.
  TIP: If your email is controlled by your company's IT department, send the verification code to your phone instead of your email address. 
• Enter the verification code that you received and "Continue" to create a new password for your account.
• Once logged into your Ansys account, you can check your subscriptions or manage your user profile. i.e. change your name or password, register a phone number for account verification or add/remove "authenticator app" verification.

 

• You should be able to log into Lumerical Support and access the technical resources.
• Some resources will require support registration.
