Overview
- Technical Support is valid for the duration of the license/TECS.
- Once the license/TECS expires, you will have to purchase a license or renew the TECS.
Important
- Starting with Lumerical 2023 R2, support registration is no longer available through the application's CAD/GUI.
- Technical support for Academic license users is available through the Ansys Learning Forum.
- Commercial license users, please register with Ansys Customer Support Space (ACSS). See the registration process for ACSS below.
Requisites
- Account or customer number.
Contact your Ansys Account Manager if you do not know your Ansys account/customer number. Or check the Lumerical CAD/GUI > Help > About page for your account and entitlement information. - Active Ansys Lumerical license/TECS.
Support registration process
- Navigate to Ansys Customer Support Space.
- Enter your email and click “Continue”.
Note: free email domain, e.g. yahoo, gmail, hotmail, outlook, qq, etc are not allowed.
- If you have previously registered, enter your password. Otherwise, click “Send Verification Code”.
- Enter the verification code you have received in your email.
- Enter your first name, last name, and a password and click “Create Account” to create your SSO registration.
- Enter your company’s name, address, and Ansys account number and click “Next”.
- You have successfully registered for the Ansys Customer Support Space.
Accessing commercial support
