How to create or update your Ansys Lumerical user account

Starting June 15, 2021, existing Lumerical users and new user registration will be required to log into the Lumerical website using an Ansys account. 

Creating your Ansys account

1. Register with your organization's email domain. Free email domains (e.g. gmail, yahoo, hotmail, etc) are not supported.
2. Update or create your Ansys Lumerical user account <here>.  
3. Ensure that you enter the complete name of your institution/company (do not use acronym/abbreviation) and a valid/searchable mailing address. P.O. box is not supported. 
4. Accept the End-Use Certificate (EUC) here.
5. Log into the Lumerical website to access the technical resources on the Lumerical support site. 
6. Add or register your mobile number to your user profile, to receive a sign-in confirmation code via text message (messaging fees apply).

Account creation failed the automated screening process

Please contact Lumerical installation support if your user account was not successfully created due to issues with the automated screening. Include your name, email address, and name the institution/company that was used to create your user account when contacting us.
