To remove current login information from your computer, follow these steps:
- Delete all cache files from the cache location
- Remove all local preference files from your computer, except for License.ini.
- Clear your browser cache that you used to log into the Ansys Optics Launcher, which is typically the default browser on your computer. Follow your browser’s documentation on the instructions to do so.
Login information is now removed, and you should be prompted to enter your username and password again when logging into the Ansys Optics Launcher.
