This page explains how to find your Ansys customer or account number, product version and entitlement informatation. The Ansys customer number is required to register and access the Ansys Customer Portal. This will also show if you are using the student or academic version of the product / application.

- The easiest way to find your account number is by opening the CAD/GUI, going to the 'Help' menu, and selecting the 'About <product_name>' option. This provides the product version, operating system, account number, license expiry date, license server, and license type (Enterprise or Standard).

Notes
- Legacy Lumerical account numbers.
- Lumerical is migrating from legacy Lumerical account numbers (e.g. LS-12345) to Ansys account numbers (e.g. 12345678).
- If your license uses the legacy Lumerical license manager, you will see the legacy Lumerical account number.
- This number cannot be used to access Ansys systems.
- You will need to contact us or your Ansys Account Manager for your Ansys account number.
