In this video, we’ll start with a review of the first order optical properties that are necessary to properly use OpticStudio’s advanced ray-tracing capabilities. Then, we’ll conduct a basic system input tutorial and give a brief tour of the User-Interface, with a specific focus on the Analysis and System Viewer window and toolbar. After this video, a user should be able to understand and translate their design specifications into OpticStudio, as well as navigate their way through the program and Help files.
