temperature

The temperature at which the models operate.

Note:

This struct only supports "default" field which can be either an expression to refer to root element temperature ("%temperature%") or a number as a temperature value (K).
This parameter is always set to be visible to user.

thermal_noise

The thermal noise of the photodetector.

Note:

This parameter is always set to be visible to user.
The required unit for this parameter is in (A/Hz^0.5).
This parameter is currently supported only in the INTERCONNECT model and not in the Verilog-A model.
