This simulation file has already been run and it's in Analysis mode.
While in Analysis mode, we can see which monitors or objects contain data by checking the icons
in the Objects Tree.
Any objects that contain data are indicated by this red symbol in the bottom left of the
object's icon.
To plot data from a particular object, right-click on the object in the Objects Tree list and
select visualize, then the select the result that you want to plot from the list.
The results that are available from a monitor depend on the monitor type and the data that
you have set up the monitor to record.
For definitions of the results that are returned from each type of monitor, see the Monitors
section of the online Knowledge Base linked below.
You can also see a list of what data is available from a particular object by selecting the
object in the Objects Tree and checking the Result View window.
If the Result View window is not already open, you can click on the "show result view" button
at the top right of the Objects Tree window.
For monitors, the data is separated into different lists to differentiate between results and
raw data.
Raw data is the data in a raw form
before the data is packaged into dataset results.
We're typically interested in the data listed under the "Results" heading which gives
the data packaged into datasets.
From the Result View window, you can right-click on any of the data in the list and visualize
it, or send the selected data to the script workspace for further post-processing.
In the following unit we will continue this demonstration and show the script workspace window
